WELCOME TO CHILDREN OLYMPIC COMMISSION

The Children Olympic Commission (COC) is a voluntary educational organization dedicated to fostering the growth, development, and learning of preschool children through play and games. Initiated by the Sports for All Commission, NOC Nepal, on January 3, 2019, and was officially established on March 4, 2020.
How To Be Member?
Approach:
- Public-Private Partnership: Collaboration between private preschools/Montessori and government Early Childhood Development (ECD) centers.
- Parent and Teacher Collaboration: Engagement of both parents and teachers.
- Thematic Approach: Environment, Heritage, Peace, and Culture-Based Activities included 5 Summer & Winter Pre-School Olympic: A celebration in a stadium setting with broad participation twice a year.
Considerations:
Prioritize child rights, cultural sensitivity, environment friendly, developmentally appropriate practices, curriculum integration, and inclusive play-based learning.
Eligibility:
Open to any institution, school (private or public), or center working with children aged 4 to 8 years, regardless of educational structure.
